Loved the cozy rooms with tasteful decor, organic tea, and a coffee machine. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, close to Hammersmith Tube Station and bus lines. The breakfast selection was impressive and the bar/patio downstairs added to the cheerful ambiance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
Felt very welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom with toiletries. The hotel facilities were excellent, including an honesty bar in the room and a Nespresso machine. The location was also perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Hammersmith Underground station with easy transportation to central London and Heathrow airport.

Great food and service, with a cozy ambiance. Prices were good and the chef was visible. Excellent location, just a short walk from the tube station and close to shops.
Issues with cleanliness in the bathroom and stains on the walls. Could use some maintenance and a fresh coat of paint in the hallways.
